  3. High-Efficiency Mixing Unit: Employs a large-diameter spiral mixing pipe ensuring a mixing uniformity rating of ≥ 98%.
  4. Intelligent Measurement & Control Unit: Powered by an industrial PLC controller, touchscreen interface, and German-imported EC/pH sensors with built-in support for 24-zone control and Mobile App remote access.
  5. Safety Protection Unit: Built-in water inlet filters, safety relief valves, and non-return check valves to protect system hardware.
Smart Working Principle

The system operates on an advanced Flow Synchronization + Closed-Loop Feedback loop:

  • Flow-Sensing Synchronization: The main pipeline flow meter monitors water flow in real-time. The PLC instantly calculates and regulates the servo dosing pump's rotational speed according to pre-set ratios, guaranteeing injected fertilizer volume remains strictly proportional to total water volume.
  • Closed-Loop Feedback: Once mixed, the solution passes through high-precision German EC/pH sensors. If any deviation from target concentration is detected, the PLC adjusts dosing pump speed dynamically, correcting and stabilizing the solution within 30 seconds.
