IGREEN galvanized steel bolted water storage tank features a dual-core structure of hot-dip galvanized steel plate + food-grade reinforced PVC inner liner, assembled with bolts. It is specially designed for rainwater harvesting, domestic water storage, agricultural irrigation, industrial water storage and fire emergency applications. With weather resistance, corrosion resistance, easy installation, optional capacities and customizable services, it meets all-scenario water storage needs for households, farms, factories, mining areas, etc. It delivers stable performance and long service life, making it a highly efficient and reliable water storage solution.

Core Product Advantages

Sturdy Material & Long Service Life: The tank body is made of hot-dip galvanized structural steel plate with a thickness of ≥1mm (1.2mm for higher tanks). It is UV-resistant, acid and alkali corrosion resistant, and adapts to harsh weather conditions, with a service life of 15-20 years.
Food-Grade Inner Liner for Safe Water Storage: Equipped with a food-grade reinforced PVC inner liner made of 650/750 gsm UV-resistant RPVC. The liner features high strength and flexibility for easy installation, excellent impact resistance, puncture resistance and high temperature resistance. It has high tolerance to common chemicals and corrosion, is completely inert, odorless and non-polluting to water quality, safe for breeding water, irrigation water and other water storage scenarios.
Bolted Assembly for Easy Installation: The whole tank is assembled with high-strength hot-dip galvanized bolts, featuring simple construction, short construction period and on-site assembly to adapt to different site conditions.
Complete Specifications for Flexible Selection: Tank diameter ranges from 4m to 10m, and tank height is available in 1.45m/2.85m/4.25m, meeting needs from small household tanks to large industrial water storage tanks.
Customizable for Flexible Adaptation: Tank size, accessory specifications and appearance color can be customized; special-purpose inner liners are also available upon request.
