2. Nutrient Solution Circulation System

Reservoir: Stores nutrient solution with capacity scaling from tens to thousands of liters depending on system size
Water pump: Circulates solution from reservoir to planting bench with flow rate matched to system requirements

3. Pipeline System

Corrosion-resistant PVC pipes form the inlet and return network, sized appropriately for solution flow and system pressure.

4. Planting Board and Cup

Planting board: Foam board with customized holes to stabilize plants
Planting cup: Perforated plastic containers (5-8cm diameter for leafy greens) allowing nutrient access

5. Oxygen-increasing Device

Air compressor and microporous aeration pipe maintain optimal dissolved oxygen levels (18-22°C) for root respiration.

6. Water Chiller

Regulates solution temperature to prevent root hypoxia during high temperature periods, maintaining ideal absorption conditions.

Working Principle

The water pump circulates nutrient solution from reservoir to planting bench while the air pump maintains oxygen levels. The system continuously monitors and adjusts solution properties (pH, EC, temperature) to maintain optimal growing conditions as plants consume nutrients.
