The DWC system is a soilless cultivation system that enables plants to grow efficiently by providing plant roots with a nutrient solution environment of suitable depth, stable nutrient supply, and sufficient oxygen. Pipeline System

Corrosion-resistant PVC pipes for inlet and return of nutrient solution, sized according to flow rate and system pressure.

Planting Board and Cup

Foam board with planting holes to fix plants, paired with perforated plastic cups (5-8cm diameter for leafy vegetables) for seedling placement.

Oxygen-increasing Device

Air compressor and microporous aeration pipe inject tiny bubbles to maintain optimal dissolved oxygen levels (18-22°C ideal for lettuce).

Water Chiller

Working Principle

The water pump circulates nutrient solution from reservoir to planting bench, providing continuous nutrition to plant roots. The air pump maintains oxygen levels through aeration, while the system regularly returns and adjusts the nutrient solution based on pH, EC value, and temperature measurements.
