This Control Panel is an integrated, smart control unit specifically designed for negative pressure cooling systems in greenhouses. Combining an industrial microcomputer temperature controller with a high-precision temperature probe, it synchronizes the operation of exhaust fans and cooling pad water pumps. With support for both manual and automatic modes, it enables 24/7 unattended temperature regulation, helping growers precisely manage humidity and temperature, reduce labor costs, and maximize cooling efficiency.

It is highly suitable for film greenhouses, glass greenhouses, and solar greenhouses, as well as livestock farms and industrial plants.

Core Working Principle

Easily manage your facility's climate by setting target temperature limits directly on the microcomputer controller panel:

  • Automatic Start: When the probe detects that the indoor temperature has exceeded your set upper limit, the system automatically activates the negative pressure exhaust fans and cooling pad water pumps. This triggers rapid cooling through evaporative cooling and negative pressure ventilation.
  • Automatic Stop: Once the internal temperature drops to the set lower limit, the equipment halts automatically, keeping the greenhouse climate stable within your target range.
  • Manual Override: Switch to manual mode to independently control the fans and water pumps, perfectly accommodating equipment debugging, maintenance, or specific manual interventions.

Installation & Usage Guide
  1. Mounting: Secure the Control Panel on a dry, well-ventilated wall or bracket at the end of the greenhouse, keeping it away from direct sunlight and rain/water exposure.
  2. Wiring: Follow the included wiring diagram to connect the main power supply, the exhaust fan circuit, the water pump circuit, and the temperature probe.
  3. Sensor Placement: Install the temperature probe in the middle of the greenhouse at the crop canopy height. Ensure it is in a well-ventilated location and avoid placing it too close to heat sources, fans, or the cooling pads.
  4. Operation: Power on the system, set your target upper and lower temperature limits on the controller panel, and select "Auto" mode to begin automated smart climate control.
